I have an '81 ZXT that I am just getting back on the road. There is a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle and it begins around 15 mph and is sort of a ticking noise. The park brake is froze on the vehicle. Is something dragging on my rear rotor? I have yet to pull it apart, but was wondering if anyone could help on this.

 

sounds like your CV's or diff is in need of replacing..
