Got it home (thanks) now has rear end noise

Ok so I got her running, bought her for 400, drove it home, and while driving there is what I consider road noise from the rear. I know it is not road noise because it repeats when on jackstands. I have regreased the four spider assys on the axles but to no avail, and boy was that a pita . I am assuming that the spider assys are bad and not the wheel bearings. How do I swap them out, I see a snap ring in a manual but I cant see it on the outer part of the assembled axle. Anyway It seems like I am spending some more cash and time on her now. Calling the parts store next

I think in another post someone had trouble locating that same snap ring, but they found it. I don't remember what post, but you could try searching for it.

Good luck.
