Ok, I got may exhaust sorted out today, and found that my passenger side frame rail is bad. It still has the sides going down it, but the bottom is gone from front to back. This is no show car, so I was just going to rebox it. But I was just wanting to know if anyone has come up with a full replacement kit for them. they look to be just spot welded to the body, and it looks like it would be ok to peal back and weld new ones in. I am sure it is not as easy as it sounds. If it is easier I could do the cardboard cutout and make them to just fit right over the old ones. So just looking to see what is the preferred method of attack on them.

Thanks Man, I did a search on here for threads but did not find and good ones. I guess I should have used the old Less is more on forums. To many words I suppose. I will do some reading, today. My floors are good, so I was thinking just a rebox of the rail.

 

wish i had known about that zedd guy when i did my rails and floors, that would have been worth the money.
