Aftermarket Seats

I was planning on having my seats upholstered, but I found out they're not the originals. The previous owner put some 84 300ZX seats in it. I haven't seen any original seats for sale, so I was thinking about just getting some aftermarket seats for now. Any opinions on these or suggestions on others?

In my opinion both of those seats look like they're cheap and would be quite uncomfortable. Not to mention probably a pain in the *** to install.

If you really want some crappy uncomfortable chinese made seats that will fall apart within a year, go for it.

Ok any suggestions then? I only paid $2500 for the car, so I can't really see spending $1000+ on Momo seats. I can ensure you that the current seats are very uncomfortable and creak and shift when cornering.

My plans:

Description:
The 27lb. Targa RS offers a perfect mix of racing performance and driving functionality. They are fully reclining, and flip forward for rear access. They also feature shoulder harness slots, injection molded foam, and integrated shoulder & kidney supports. Choose black or gray cloth. You can also add an Inflatable Lumbar support to this seat (if you are purchasing a seat and also want to purchase the lumbar support at the same time, Corbeau can install it at no additional charge (subject to delivery times). Just select the option for the Inflatable Lumbar Support installation above (note: do not add a separate 50-4009 to your order, the installation option above includes the support itself and installation (when purchased together)).

Note:
Corbeau seats do not include seat brackets. Select your seat bracket (50-4010) from related items below (sold separately).

Model Guide:
Datsun 240Z, 260Z, 280Z, 280ZX, Nissan 300ZX

It's not the best picture, but it's a start. I only paid $380 for them!

I had 300ZX Turbo (Z31) and Corbeau A4 in my white ZXT in the 11years of my ownership. I also installed some Recaro copies in a clean silver ZXT I used to own that were surprisingly decent quality.

eBay Recaro copies, which were fashioned after the Mitsubishi EVO seats:

I made the seat bracket and took a fair bit of time (4-5 hours)
