As a general rule, i've heard the whole conversion costs $2500-3500. That includes a low mile V8 without rebuilding it and a simple carb setup. You'll need a proper radiator and mounts, electric fan, custom radiator hoses, different fuel pump and fuel management. (carbs or FI?) Tighter coil springs, and possibly new bushings for your entire suspension. You don't want a loose rearend with all that torque. Oh, and a transmission to go with the 350 and a custom driveshaft to mate up to the V8 tranny and the Datsun rear differential.

Jags that Run sells a book that covers the conversion. For about $30 you might want to buy and and read through all the steps to see what you're getting into.
