Just got my 71 240 back from paint. Want to tear into susp and brakes. Can't decide to keep brakes stock or do disc upgrade

 

As this is posted into the V8 swap thread, I'm going to go off the basis that you have done a swap into this car?

In which case, I would suggest doing a brake upgrade, as you (more than likely) have more power, and more power needs bigger, better brakes to stop it.
