Oil Pressure
That is where the oil pressure sender unit is supposed to go. If all you have is a screw, then your oil pressure gauge will probably read zero.
There is also a head temp sensor in that same area, futher back toward the transmission. If that is off, then your engine will run very bad! (very rich, like it is cold)
