Temp Gauge Testing
Temp Gauge Testing
Can anyone give me info on how to test my temperature gauge to see if it's the sensor or the gauge/wiring itself? It doesn't work, and I really hate not knowing what my temperature is.

Do a heated water test on the sensor... also have you checked the wire?

Never mind, I figured it out. I found out which connector was to the temp gauge and then I grounded it to the body and the thing went all the way up, so the gauge works. I just have to replace the sending unit.
