Rear Brakes Rubbing
I was wondering if some one could help me by telling me how to adjust the rear drums on a 240z? They rub in one spot when you rotate the wheel. I think this could be attributing to my poor fuel economy... Does anyone have any other suggestions on improving the economy- I get about 160 miles on the 60L tank- Could it be running rich, or a pipe leaking fuel somewhere?

Re: Rear Brakes Rubbing
Take off your wheel and then pull your drum off slowly as not to let things fly everywhere if something is loose or broken. Check all parts to see if anything is messed up or out of place. Shoe could be worn out. If everything is good loosen up the little adjusting piston at the bottom a little. Check both brakes and not just one. if ones messed up then replace both or fix both, brakes are always done in pairs.
