Broke and discouraged

I haven't posted up on Zdriver in a long while, mostly because I haven't been doing squat to my Z. I rebuilt the engine, got her running pretty good, but she still has all of these little problems I want to resolve but don't want to spend the time and money on. She runs rich, her carbs are leaking at the throttle bushings (I think that's what they are called), she has this odd hesitation down low, doesn't like to run when it's too hot or too cold out, the clunking from the differential is annoying as hell, she's got rust in some annoying places, looks ugly from the accident I was in, needs some body work with new rims and tires, windshield leaks due to a bad gasket, reeks of gasoline, turn signal sometimes doesn't work, clutch seems to lose pressure and gears grind when going into reverse, rear wheel cylinders are leaking, steering wheel vibrates, interior looks like **** and is falling apart, floorboads are rusted through and dented up, I upgraded to the ZX external regulated alternator and my lights still flicker like a ****...and all of these other retarded issues.

I guess I'm just frustrated. I love this car to death, and I want to restore it, but I'm not in the financial place to do so. She is my daily driver, runs strong, and hasn't let me down, so I'm grateful for that

/end rant

carb rebuild, diff mount and electrical diagnostic should fix a large majority of your problems.

Yeah, I actually got a hella good job, I work for PG&E here in California, but my cash is getting stretched a little far. I've got my gixxer as a playtoy, and the Z is more or less just my daily driver.

Hoov, I've rebuilt the carbs using a kit I bought from Black Dragon Auto, but they still aren't doing what they should be. I need another competent Z aficionado in my area to come tinker with my car with me, lol.

I would go to ztherepy for rebuild kits for the carbs, Black dragon ones are junk compared to the Ztherepy ones.
