I want to change the fluid and install a new pan gasket and filter, which auto tranny fluid should be used in a 1974 260Z Automatic?

Thank you. I searched this forum and did a google search and the only other reference I found was on a Nissan forum and Dextron III was the recommendation in that thread also, about 4 quarts.
