we should take all the entries up until a certain deadline (say a week before the month ends). Then set up the voting like you would a poll and make each entry a voting option. Atleast let the subscribing members vote instead of just the 5 or 6 of you or how ever many there are. I mean seriously, what do the rest of us care who wins if we didnt even get a hand in voting for them?

Thats like electing a president without counting our vote...oh wait

sorry, prolly not when you're in the ranks with j. Oh, and jfairladyz, read some John Stuart Mill....some good points. Sometimes the general public is too stupid, ignorant and complacent to actually make good decisions when choosing someone. I mean look at cardomain......the cars who win are the riciest things in teh world! Except for the S130 crew....haha. Same thing with teh electoral college, the general public would fall for publicity stunts which happens anyways, but there's a group of people that represent each state and make an educated decision based on the State's interests (usually votes reflect a state's interest, but not always). Sorry. I'm a poli sci major and had to chime in.
