I actually only need two more injectors. I got a spare set from a ZDriver member, but two were body leakers.

Yeppers. One was leaking REALLY bad & the rail lost all pressure right away. The other was bubbling.

 

REALLY! I just emailed you back, I know the one with smiley face was bubbling, how fragile are these injectors? Do they leak if they are stored with no gasoline fora long time? Should i have packed them better?

 

Meh... these old injectors are known for body leaks. I wasn't expecting a new set. It's all good y0!

 

Were you able to source 2 more? If not, let me know and I'll look around my parts bin to see what I have. It's been awhile since I've had to look through my stock stuff haha.

Hey Nismo, too much mix matching is going to cost you $$$ and time = $$$$$$$.Im a Nissan Z technician and any parts i sell are good quality especially dealing with fuel you just have to be accurate. I can sell you a complete new set or if i decide to sell only two it still won't make sense...Let me know.

 

Normally I would agree, but...

Cost ($)? The first set was free, this new set, $30. A new set... $150-$300. $30 < $300 ?

Cost (time)? The car has been sitting in my garage for 2 years during this swap... a couple extra hours is nothing.


However, if you have a good deal on a complete set, I'm interested. I sent you a PM 2 weeks ago & never heard back.

 

Done and done. I now have a full set of working injectors. Thanks!
