EDIT: On second thought, I think we should wait until the date gets closer. I am thinking Saturday January 20th. Waiting until 2-3 weeks before may be a better idea. All of the meets I have posted months in advance had a terrible turnout because the people just plain forgot by the time the meet rolled around.

 

well yah i agree ..jsut sayign cuase for people in az it will take a aweek or 2 to plan ahead at least as far as making a hotel reservation or finding a place to stay... like me

 

So, IiQuicksilverII and I have been discussing options for this and here is what we have come up with as a starter plan...

Everybody meets in Laughlin on a Friday night, this means the AZ club will get a group drive together for the trip to laughlin and the NV club will do the same. We commence partying Friday night in Lauglin. Saturday we wake up, grab a bite to eat and head to somewhere along the river for a show 'n' shine and photoshoot. Then its a big group drive from Laughlin to Vegas for dinner and more partying. Sunday morning will be a breakfast and drive through the Valley of Fire. Then eveybody goes there seperate ways.

So lets hear your ideas and mold this into something that everybody will be excited about!!!

Maybe we can do this with not only AZ350Z but Desert Z Association who is also out of Arizona and open to all models of Zs. I know SinCityZ has done stuff with them before.

 

o then, maybe we should just start a south west, etc. club that way we can all come, and maybe the oldies will smoke on some of them newies. wait i think there already is something like that. I bring as many people as i can find too.

+1...but lets get the ideas rolling on this people..and check on ideas of yoru own for this..... we dont wanna have the same "story" as previous meets aobut, "AWSOME count me in"...2 weeks before... "remind me of this".... 2 days befor the event, "oh i forgot aobut this i cant make it".... so lets start planing on this now and try as much as we can to seriously commit to this event.

 

Hmmm Hopefully I'll Have My Car Fixed And Running By Then.. Lol And I'll Even Spray Paint Our New Club Logo On My Hood!!! What Ever That May Be.
