mod friendly dealership in vegas

i think my car might be developing axle clicking.... it just started a few minutes ago and i havent had time to really test it out... i dont think i am going to have time to have it looked at here in cali, so i am gonna have to wait till vegas. Are there any good dealers to go to in vegas for things like this?

FYI, there is a Nissan technical service bulletin (# NTB04065) for a clicking noise from rear axles on 2003-2005 350Zs. Take it to any dealer and the suggested repair procedure is to repack the axles.

Oh yeah, Planet Nissan did mine.

i also ran out of my basic warranty last month... so am i screwed on this or are the axles considered powertrain (5year warranty)? Am i going to have to fix it myself??

thanks for the tsb info... i have them saved on my bookmarks.... hopefully i can get this taken care of without it costing me a fortune.

it is covered for 5 years, or 60000 miles. mods have to be proven as cause of failure to 100% certainty. so, that said, unless you're putting out something like 1000000000 wheel tq, it should be covered no questions asked. and the tsb does apply, just plan on scheduling 2 appointments to have it taken care of so they can order parts.

yeah im not worried about them trying to squirell out of it by saying my bolt ons caused it, i was just worried that they would say that it wasnt covered under powertrain. thanks guys.

i guess i will have to live with it for a few weeks becuase i dont figure the parts would come in here before we leave (2 weeks).
