dealership fix
IMHO...... You will pay dearly. The last place you want to go to spend your money is at the dealer. They'll fix your leak for $600 and then when you take it back because it still leaks, they'll tell you it's a different problem and the charge you another $500.

There about a million and one places that oil could be leakin from. BEFORE u take it to a dealer, jack it up yourself and take a look. It may be something simple, like a loose oil drain plug or oil filter. Then again, it could be something really expensive like the oil pan. I know both of my Zs have a light power steering leak. I jst add a bit of fluid whenever i pop the hood. i l will fix it eventually, but it isnt high o my priority list. If you get a genearal idea of where it is leaking, then you will be better prepared when the dealer comes back with an estimate.

My leak is coming from the power steering rack. That boot in the picture shouldnt be ripped. And you shouldnt be able to see that shiny metal pipe. It is leaking from the seal around that pipe.
To add power steering fluid, u need to look on the passenger side of the car. Under the hood of course. Towards the front of the engine compartment you will see a black cylinder with a cap on it. Now depending on which Z32 u have, it may have a wire comin out of it. U will only have this wire if your car is a twin turbo. You need to check the level of the fluid when the engine i warm and with the engine turned OFF. Regular pws fluid can be added too non turbo cars, but i think the turbo cars require dextron III automatic tranny fluid?
Someone please correct me if I am wrong
Any one please

By lookin at the dip stick, if the level is full then i guess that may not be your leak. But here is the thing, a small consistent oil leak will make a big mess. When u drive, the oil will spread all over the underside of your car and collect dirt. Eventhough you may see a leak, i would top off all fluids. Drive the car. And re check the fluid levels again after a few days. If any of them are low then i bet that is your leak. U may want to check your coolant and tranny fluid. I would not jump to have anythin fixed right away, i would keep an eye on it and try to single out the leak. Two things to consider are:
Get an oil drip pan to put under your car, that way u dont ruin your driveway
On Saturday, get out there and clean your motor. Top to bottom. Take a rag and clean off all oil residue. Then after a week or two, check the motor out and get an idea where the leak may be originating.
i know these ideas may take time, but if your too hasty. Then u could end up gettin screwed and payin alot f money to fix the wrong problem.
These cars are expensive, do some homework and field work and save yourself some money
