Jerry's Nugget Drag racing series.

It's something that I was thinking about doing, anyone want to go and watch it tonight? Just to see how things work? Starts at 5:00p.

I used to race that series in my Chevelle. Pretty fun, but your car wasn't built for drag racing Ty.

It really isn't built for anything particularly aggressive just yet. Once I build my tranny though we'll see what it can handle.

I wouldn't run the full season for points, just a few times a year recreationally. Sports compact is a really small class. It's not really any more stress than running a night of street wars.

... Or do I need to go out and buy a 350z? I actually wouldn't mind gettin a 300ZX.

Ray and I went, it was pretty cool. They had some reasonably serious cars in the pro class.

There are some pretty fast cars out there. If you are just doing it to take the place of street wars, I would stick with street wars. The Jerry's Nugget races are more expensive and you get a lot less runs, especially if you lose in the first round. I have spent a whole day there and got 3 runs because I lost in the first round. I think the entry is around $60-$100 if I remember correctly too...

There's one for sale on Sahara, between Nellis and Sloan (either on Winterwood or Abarth). Not sure if it has the VG30DETT though.
