Drag Racing !!!!

Josh, when am I going to see you at Greer Drag way??? I am still running the 240SX but I switched to a power glide transmission with a 5000 stall. The times got more consistant with 1/8 miles times of 8.7 at 95 mph...yea 95 mph,,,thats speeds of 7.2 to 7.4... I added a 60hp shot of nos that shuts off at 15 psi of boost and now she is a FREAK... I cant wait to see the times and speeds this Thursday night....maybe see ya there

7.41 at 99 mph..... that was fast enough to get us kicked off the track until I get a 4 point roll cage and 5 point harness...... going to wareshoals Friday night to see if we can get kicked off that track

Cat

Hey Bill,
Im not sure yet because the car isnt here... but Everyone is telling me they are gonna give me a hard time about the car not having a Cat... I dont know if they are or not but just incase, Got a website or someone you know That might mail me a "CAT" you know im not looking for a CAT.... more like a test pipe. If they do give me a problem I just want something that looks like a CAT, maybe the guys at Karguard could weld me up something... I dont know.

Just want to get your brain turnning cause its about to be here and Im gonna have to register none-op so they call it till I get the tint of the front windows and Till i can get the horn working, so if they stick me for the CAT too im gonna have to act within 60 days or its 60 more dollars out of my pocket... and with gas being 7 bucks a gallon Im sure you understand.

That's Awesome Bill! Super fast times for a street car! I was on Vacation last week, just now getting back into the groove! I hate I missed your run I would have loved to have been there. When are you planning on going to Ware Shoals? I might talk Chase into going Did you make an adaptor for the glide or did you buy something aftermarket? Thanks Josh

plan on going back to greer next Thursday and run some 7.5s or 7.6s till we get the cage... went to wareshoals and spent the whole night to get 4 runs,,blew and intercooler elbow when we tried the 7.4 run... will go back there but not as much fun as greer

You need to go with me to Shady Side! You can run and watch some racing without sitting in the staging lane all night! I like it alot better than Greer!

I had al f fun at greer that last night of my leave bill... But im kinda getting jelous now hereing of all the fun your having now, So i just want to put it out there Nurnburgerring and Holkingheim are with in driving distance for those of you who follow F1 or Le Manns racing... and Holkingheim is only 15 mins from me every sunday I can here them out there getting lap times... But the are also open to the public Every Thursday Just like greer So as soon as my Z shows up on the boat, and I make it steet leagel enough over here Ill take some video and Mail it to you bill... Also Ill show you those Street Lights... Just like the Drag Tree Minus the double yellows... and the Staging... but great none the less for street racing.
