First Ticket in the Z

Got my first ticket in the Z today. And of course its the biggest ticket ive ever gotten. 81 in a 45. Didnt think he was gonna get a good reading when he was driving east and I was headed west. I thought wrong. He flipped that NHP silverado around real quick on me. Came up to the window and said he was going to cite me for 81 MPH today. Only thing to make him wipe that s***eating grin off his face was to crumple up the ticket after he gave it to me, throw it on the passenger floor and ask if that was all.

Also saw Ty on the way home from work. Was hopin to hear some of that beautiful TT blowoff but he turned down vegas valley if I remember. Not goin down that street for a while, NHP is prolly down there waitin to grab me up again LOL

Sorry to hear about your ticket. I got one in my old Z on my way to work a few years back doing 85 in a 65. I haven't gotten on in this Z (knock on wood). Now with the TT it's so hard to keep it under the speed limit.

Lately NHP has been working my part of the 215 more than the local hookers work the downtown. I have quite a few friends who NHP has nailed in the last month or so and all of them minor violations (lots of 80 in 65's). My attorney is going to be pretty busy over the next few weeks. Best advice is buy a good radar detector and program your lawyer's number in your phone.

Was that you? I have to turn down Vegas Valley now, I just can't make it over those damned dips in the road over that wash anymore. I need to call NDoT again and have them patch that.

You sure the best advise isn't to just slow down and do the speed limit???

Man that sucks.

I'm so glad that I'm in Germany with the autobahn and country roads! I catch myself consistantly going over 80-100 on country roads and 120 on the autobahn. The Z opens up real nicely here, but I do want that JWT TT to really do some damage to the g-damn station wagons here...
