no not that kind of dealer...

My wife and I have a 2005 nissan quest that we want to get rid of. It is leased and have almost a year left on it. We want to get something less expensive per month. Pay 500 now and is too much for what I make. My question is what dealerships have been good to you?

We are looking towards a used xterra or something in that catagory.

We have gone to a few and they are just that flexable with what we want. We always end up getting screwed in the long run.

Any sujestions? if so do you have a contact that we can work through?

I had a 2000 Xterra XE and it was a great SUV. It never gave me any problems at all. I would just say stay away from United Nissan. I had a bad experience with them.

 

yeah i had a solar yellow 2000 se wish i never got rid of it.

 

If you are interested in like a Dodge Nitro or Jeep I know a guy at Integrity Dodge. Thats where my family gets there cars now and where I picked up the EVO. Hell, you may even see my G35 out on the lot.

Planet Nissan was very good to me in their service dept. Their sales staff was pretty friendly while I was there getting the car fixed also.

 

Just stay away from the S/C Xterra. My Frontier S/C got about 12 mpg and burned premium. A fricken 6.0L Chevy truck gets better mileage.

 

Didn't know that the S/C was that bad.

 

the s/c one is more powerfull yes but you have to use premium gas and it goes through that like pee in a wetsuit

 

Yep. Bought it new in Dec '04, traded it in for a Wrangler 8 months later. I was spending $550/mo. on gas.

Oh, I almost forgot, if you need help getting out of the lease, go to Planet Nissan and ask for Sam Monaghan in finance. Tell him Aaron Britt sent you. He's the #2 guy in the finance department. We've been buddies for almost 7 years.

well bad news we went to dodge usa up by planet nissan. THEY SUCK ***!!
We wanted to get a nitro for 300-350 a month and nooo they wanted 8800 down and 600-800 a month. for a nitro that was 24k then add in 5k extra for dealer installed options. I told them we did not want those options and they said they could not help us! Those dumb *** bitches were trying to screw us.

oh and i forgot to say that we owed 20k on our van and we called nissan and they told us we only owned 17k so where was the extra 3k coming from??? A very very shady dealership. Its on par with Tobin Dodge.

Since you were up there, did you talk to my guy at Planet?

 

I'm telling you, go to Integrity Dodge if you are looking for a Nitro. Go there, ask for Scott Reber and tell him Mike Bonanni refered you to him and then see if he can work something out for you on one. I'm not saying he will give you some amazing deal just because you dropped my name, but he is a great guy and a very honest salesman and he will give it to you straight.
