GForce Chips ?

This has to be to good to be true, only $69 bucks for a module that will "reprogram" your ecu. Has anyone tried or have any experience with this ?

If you want to program your ECU, it's NISTUNE or nothing.

I don't think these type (<$100) of chips reprogram anything. They offset some sensor values (mostly the IAT and O2) to make the ECU think more air is coming into the engine and more fuel is needed. Mostly they create more air in your wallet.
