Still got the same problem
Still got the same problem
Well my car is still in the shop HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
. Does anyone know where i can get a complete wiring diagram for the TT, i still have the fuel problem and its still running rich after it warms up. The mechanic was talking about some decimal or something like that, some kind of lvl was supposed to be running at 2 or 3 and its at 10 or something i have no idea what he was talking about. I think it has something to do about the signal that is being sent to the ECU by the MAF, or not. Well i think it has to be electrical cause they literally checked EVERYTHING, i even took the injectors out and tested all of them and everything else but no still the same problem. If anyone has encountered anything similar PLEASE let me know because i am desperate now i nnnnneeeeeeddddd ur help.

The car is a 90 NA but the engine is now TT and i dont know what year the engine is. I dont believe that much changed in the 6 years it was in the US? or maybe i'm wrong. But yeah i really have no clue what year the engine is.
Doesn't the online manual in Rizzzzzzzz'zzzzz link page have a wiring diagram?
As a matter of FACT, The fsm has a pretty good troubleshooting guide in the engine management section.
Theoretically speaking, wouldn't the ecu throw a code if there was a problem with the MAF?

elementry my friend. pull off your MAS and clean it with brake parts cleaner. reinstal and sit back and smile...problem fixed
Read the MAS item description on how it use temperature as a measurement. if your MAS is caked with dirt, debris, etc it will not get an acurate temp reading thus causing sysmtoms of running rich and also cases of stuttering btw 2k-3krpms.
