Okay, this is a good item for a basic swap to reliable electronic ignition & staying with Nissan components.
This is a self-supported 280ZX electronic dizzy. This is a replacement if I'm talking to ZX guys or an upgrade if you own anything pre-ZX.
It's an easy upgrade at that. This one is a complete, simple, drop-in item. All you have to do is get your spark plug firing order right and know how to adjust your ignition timing so you can dial it in.
All parts are in good working order (advance plate, vacuum advance diaprham, igintion control unit). There is no shaft play. The item comes with the correct cap & rotor.
If you have never done the upgrade and you need instructions for your early-gen Z, I will advise you. It's easy.
