This is a 1976 Datsun 280 Z engine. It is definetly needs rebuilding and would definetley be a good project

whoever installed the water pump gasket on it five years before I owned it installed it incorrectly and caused it to cease up. I know I am being redundant but it is rebuildable.
This *Free* engine includes:

Engine Block
Engine Head
Fuel Injection manifold- no injectors
Exhaust Manifold
flywheel
Optional Valve cover

I would keep this engine as a project of my own but I do not have a good place to store it.

The Engine is located in Jamestown California east of Modesto and a little bit west of yosemite.

I assume it is a N47 block but I will check to make sure If I am correct. I will check the heads as well.

Someone may want it as a side project. ya know like a hot rod project. It is not like it has been sitting out in the rain since forever.
