I'm just glad I live in Salt Lake City, Utah... A place no one would ever care about nuke'ing. 
Aside from that, I'd say it's because they think Bush (slash America) is a bully w/ all the Middle East shiz going on and they either:
#1: Want the attention that Iraq (slash America) is getting.
or
#2: They are scared that for some stupid reason America wants to invade them.

North Korea is geting out of hand. I say we do something about it. We might get deemed a "Bully" country. Only doing so would start WW3. Since N.K is frends with China. I know Russia is just about fed up with them fckin lil N.K's. And i know we would have Germany, Japan, Britian, Russia And South Korea on our side. They got Them, and China. China might be a bigg azz country, But so is Russia damnit.

as for Korea......let's do some math.....
Nukes: USA: 10,000 nukes .....Korea 5, maybe 6 nukes.
Country Size: USA: 3.7 million square miles .....Korea: 85,000 square miles
Population: 300,000,000 million people .....Korea: 46,000,000 (N & S)
They'd have to be either seriously crazy, or just plain stupid to attack us.

You guys all have something in common with Kim Jong Il...he loves the ladies! He has a couple of "pleasure teams/joy brigades" he keeps handy for when he's feeling a little frisky. Seriously though, don't presume he needs a weapon to impact the country in order to threaten us to the point we take action. He can launch a missile at Tokyo or explode one in Seoul and kill Americans stationed or living there, not to mention civilians. He could airburst a weapon over the Pacific Northwest and the EMP would shut down the West coast and western Canada. If we expose his supposed nuclear explosion as a hoax he could be in deep kimchee, isolated and without a nuke, he could really be dangerous then.
