I'm finally interested in making a real web page. I've got the URL already, just never made a real page... I've tried to use Microsoft Publisher but it's so damn simple I can't do anything but make cheesy business pages. I know basic html, but I want a program that can speed up the process (make the html code).

#1... What is a good web page building program?

#2... I want to display / access my IP webcam on my web page, but the instructions say I need to set up a DNS to access my local network. I've checked out a couple DNS websites, but I'm all confused about how to work it... and Google searching doesn't get me anything "understandable." Anyone know how to set up a DNS so I can display my cam on my interwebz?

So I've learned it's all about "port forwarding" but I can't get my router to forward incoming traffic to the cam.
