Hey I put a K&N cone filter on my car. I was wondering would it be beneficial to remove the Z31's intake resonator chamber? With say some painted PVC pipe, or some kind of piping. Would the resonator chamber impede flow much?

Well I was gonna make a thread about it but I think I'll just ask here. Is it dry ice and a hammer to remove the undercoating and that rubberized tar on the floor of a 280ZX? Why Am I removing it? what else? Rust...
I've never used dry ice to remove the coating, just go out on a hot day with a screw driver and peel it off, its easiest to start around the drain plugs, once removed you can get a good look at damage and rust on the floor board and remove a decent amount of weight. it also traps alot of moister under it.

This is going to be fun...
