does $250 sound bad for a rolling chassis with no motor or trans?

 

sounds great... unless its rusted out. if theres no major damage everything is there other than drivetrain and theres no cancerous rust, then thats a great deal, but saying you found a roller for 250 doesnt tell me ****. stop asking these retarded generic questions without giving details and or posting detailed pictures.
