Glad you made it home alright

Dude, you never called me for D&B while you were down here... WTF?

Now you HAVE to go to MSA next year.

oh no Rod! sorry... we had a BBQ at Ryan's place that evening (kind of unexpected) and that threw me off. We wuz gonna hit teh clubz. But trust me, Seattle is better. You guys need to come up here for some DnB sometime.

YES, the rear right brake! I'm always having problems with that one. I'm on my third caliper right now. I've had parking brake cable issues on that side... I'm not sure what the problem is now. The parking brake does not look to be sticking, but the results are that the pad wore pre-maturely. It is now down to the metal and the rotor doesn't look happy. I replaced the rear pads before I left so the right rear didn't even last 2500 miles. The left side is fine. this is weird.
so now I'm gonna just replace the pad again and throw on my spare used rotor. That'll get me by til I move this month. Then it's on with the Z31 rear brakes (hopefully)

the problem is the slider the caliper rides on. put never seize on it and make sure its clean. that would be one of the only solutions judging by your symptoms. and while ppl are in seattle, come on up north. only 3 hours. if ya happen to come by the july 6th weekend its the mission to mission (shady invitational) whatever ya call it.

Here's my MSA vid:

Myspace: http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...oid=2029563937

Google: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...55996025145285

The google one should be a higher quality vid. I re-rendered it last night & made some changes, so I will post that one later.

OUCH! You could have signed up with a new plan in Washington, bought a phone, made your calls, canceled, paid the early termination fee and still cost far less than that!

Alas... I have uploaded the final cut vid file to my ftp. It's a better quality than the web version & I added the "ZDriver's by their Z's" pic at the end. I don't know why I don't have more shots of our 280zx's at the show!

RIGHT CLICK & SAVE AS... 65MB
