Parts cars do not count.

at one point in time, I had 6 z-cars for parts and 2 Z's to keep.

they do count! sept urs zhag, cause only the US own the ocean up to about 20 miles then no longer rule over it and only have economic control up to 300 miles off shore i believe such as for oil drilling.

quick question.... Just how many z's are there sitting on the bottom of the ocean? Japan didn't make an amphibiouse model that i don't know about did they??
