College Time!

i got accepted!!!!!!!!!! to Old Dominion University!! i'm pretty stoked because i was kinda getting worried that i might not get into any school. BITCHIN' YEAH!!!!!
what a load off. it's not my first choice school, but at least i'm out of the woods now. now i just have to pay for it... but between my very nice aunts contribution, the sale of the Z, and 2 jobs this summer, i should have the first year taken care of. i'm already missing the car... at least i have time to get it running satisfactorily!!!

There's trades... and manual labor (but you have to work for about what illegal immigrants work for).

Along similar lines, I have an application in for a teaching assistantship at Loyola University... should have an answer soon.

Congrats, btw.

And as we all know... colleges are ranked by their concert "coolness." Screw ranking their programs, education, and staff!

Hey nothing wrong with skilled trade labor. (I`m a welder in training.)
And some of us even make good money. Just um. not me. not yet.

I never implied there was anything wrong with it. I am the first college graduate in the history of my family - the rest are ALL electricians and they've done very well for themselves.
