i try not to pay too much attention to what folks say to me--i know i can kill them with my thoughts-----and i think flaming someone is mebbe ok when deserved--but otherwise it is all fun...............and i think if anyone was really flamed, there woulda been some kind of entertainment first, like with 619.............i yam soooo glad i yam older and more stable in my reactions and do not ever fly off the handle....

it is also why i post pix every so often........on occasion...........if it gets too deep.......to change the subject.......

i use to be strongish... lol.. well for a sophomore in HS age 15-16 at 5'9" used to bench aboot 200 not quite lol... squat 300 and power clean 155 i believe...

andi love hawaii.. my grandparents own a time share there on kuai at the marriot i believe... its the most amazing place ive ever been.. the hotel and the islan... its amazing.. and they are giving it to me when im out of college i believe.... SICK!!!!
