I know this is dumb, but it's the only way I know to cure it!

What is "4axis"?? I'm familiar with x,y and z axis, where ya commin up with a 4th from?
Does having a fourth make having a fifth more common??

4axis? Can't you use a CNC Lathe to make pulleys?

basically a 4axis is like having a tire balancer on top of our cnc table... basically lets you spin material on a vertical plane allowing to do groves where your serpentine belt would ride on....

hell ya this would be the best way of doing it but a cnc lathe is about 10-15k used and a 4axis for our cnc would be about 1K

just a heads up im machining out some 280zxt cv axles to 240z stubs adapters out of a billet alum that a few people have asked me to make...heres the adapters.. just need to tap them and they are done

does anyone have dimensions on it... i can find a 300zx cv but i have no 240z's anywhere near me to get a stub... if anyone would be willling to help out in that area then i could get them made

i will get pricing on the gears soon

yes i can i can also get a 11.75 X 1.25 thick rotors for way cheaper then those.. and can added the slots too.. if your interested just pm me and we can talk there

just looking for a ball park figure right now on the adapters, as these stock brake on my 240z dont look to be up to the challenge of even a lap on the track.

for 2 1/2"thick 6061 alum hats for a standard 8 on 7 thru rotor would be $175pr shipped in lower 48
