if you have a valid medical usage for MJ and you are not high when you are at work they can not terminate you for the usage.

correct, however, there is a precedent for being terminated as a result of random tyesting despite medical certification..........

So sorry Rod. I couldn't imagine loosing my vision. I have the same vision now as you did before this happened: 20/15 (or is it 15/20, I can never remember, better than 20/20 anyways). Did the doc give you a prognosis on how long it would take for your vision to deteriorate to the point where you will not be able to drive?

Hopefully, with all the current research in this field, they will find a treatment for this condition before you eyesight deteriorates much further. Even now, they can give totally blind people implants now that give them vision in something like 200x200 pixels. Thats shitty, i know, but this field of research is advancing at an incredible rate. Maybe in ten years they'll be able to give you implants that are not only as good as your natural vision, but will enable you to to see in the dark!

Rod,

Sorry to hear about this man. I know I'm not an always-present personality here, but have faith and use this as an opportunity to sharpen your other acuities and sense of life. GL with everything, you know you have friends here at Zdriver.

I'm sorry to hear about this Rod. Something will work out, it has to. You can't just be left hanging like that

I wish you the best of luck.
