I have never owned a Z car before, but have helped build/work on a couple now. Have test drove those cars as well. I built a 72 Z with a 350 Chev in it- I got it as a real cluster=you-know-what and sort out the real abortion of a swap that it was. After it was fixed and put back together, it was a real sweet ride.

Formed an interest in those cars then, and now, thinking of finding one of the many cheap rusted out Z cars up here and making a Vella Rossa kit car like I have seen on many sites.

I will be lurking and reading, and occasionally asking dumb questions as I research out this car.

I want to put a SB mopar in it to be very different indeed, but my cousin has a Z in Oregon that he and I have had some fun with that is a turboed Z motor (he has a machine shop to die for, fabricated unbelievable stuff for this car) , and that intrigues me!
