FS - CA 76 280Z Non running

trying to sell my 76 280Z.

Car has been down for a while now. Bought May 04, drove from LA to Monterey, CA.
After about a month, I replaced the AFM, then she died. Suspect is ECU or Fuel system.

Since this happened I purchased a new car and no longer have the time, money or desire to try and fix the Z.

Looking to get $700 obo.

Body is in fair shape. Rust on outer edge of right rear wheel well. Minor scrape in passanger door. Interior is typical. Dash and seats are shot. Headliner and carpet are real nice for the age. May have been replaced.

Car is not currently registered, and is garaged. Has Salvage title. Previous owner had it stolen and then recovered it.

If interested, please e-mail at, will send pics upon request.

Thanks.

Nice Z for the price, funny thing is I am looking sometime to get a '70's Z. Preferabely a 280z 2-seater. Unfortunately I do not have the money right now. But I am sure somebody will jump on it. It is a clean car, from what I can see. Good luck to you! Also does it a 4 or 5-speed?

Has 4speed manual.

Shifts felt smooth. Differential felt great as well.

Is there any possible chance that this car is actually in Salinas? I had a lady stop by my house and ask if I could work on her 280z to get it running again. Well, I lost her number and I'm wondering if this might be her husband/her. Are you willing to part it out at all?
