Good morning, I just joined this site and saw your ad. I have a 78 280z with a new ls1 and 4l60e automatic. Cranked the engine for the first time last week with open headers and what beautiful music it makes. I felt like passing out cigars. I used the JCI kit and am ordering their drive shaft next week when they reopen from the holidays. The car still has the original rear end with 87k miles and although they say it will stand up to the ls1, I can't imagine getting a good launch at a red light with only one wheel connected to all that power. I'm not a mechanic and have had all the work done by a pro so forgive the stupid question but is your dif. the same physical size as the one I have now? I also need to know the distance of the 4 bolts on the yoke (center to center) and if the they are all equal distance ( vertically and horizontally) in order to get the right driveshaft. They have a pic of what I need at the JCI LS1 order sheet website. As far as shipping charges go I live in Slidell LA. 70461 THANKS
