z33 shifting and bad sounds

When I Shift To 1st,2nd,3rd I Hear A Grinding Sound Like The Cluch Isent Going In All The Way, Plus A Sound From The Rear Like A Clicking Noise. Does Anyone Know What It Might Be

Not a clue, but you're probably still under warranty. Take it back to the dealer and have them find the problem.

Are you sure its coming from the trans? On my car one of the fan belts is loose and it makes a noise when I shift sometimes. Just a suggestion.

I have the same issue with mine or at least it sounds like I do. I just noticed it recently when I was driving with the windows down. It is most noticeable when I am shifting from 1st to 2nd but I do hear it going into 3rd and sometimes 4th gears. It's a fairly loud clicking noise and it's not always one click per shift. Sometimes I hear several clicks during the shift. I am going to take it by the dealer tomorrow to have it checked out. I'm about 500 miles shy of the warranty expiring too.
