Z32TT Suddenly No Boost

I have a 1994 300zx twin turbo. Some of the mods I have are Cold air intake. Jim Wolff ECU, Exhaust System and intercooler which was the last thing I put on about 2 weeks ago. O ya Turbo timer. Well Here is the story. Last weekend I got in my car and let her warm up and went out in her and started my day. I noticed the my PSI on my turbos was around 7psi when normally they are at 11psi. Well I hop on the freeway and about 15 min on the freeway when I get off the exit I noticed that all my boost was gone. So I take my care back to my place and run the code and it pulled up a code 34. Well I talked the previous owner of the car and he made me aware the knock has been relocated in a different location and was done. The motor purrs like a kitten. No knock or any noises. So I put some fuel treatment in to clean out the fuel just encase it may of been that. Cleared the code and got a 55. Well it has stayed on code 55 but still have no boost and stuck in limp mode. So can anyone out there tell me what I need to check? And if me adding the center intercooler what of done this?

I'd start with checking the vacuum lines to the boost sensor and intercooler piping / connections. If you normally run 11psi boost, do you have boost jets or an electronic boost controller?

I've got to ask just in case, does it actually feel like you're not getting any boost?

One thing I forgot to add ... When we put the intercooler in the cold air intake filter I had on there before we put it on would not fit. So we had to put a shorter filter on it to make it work. Not sure if that would mess with the mafs. Also the intercooler I purrchased is a Godspeed... Not sure if they may be it.
