Z32 motor

Hi I'm new to this site...just bought my first Z a 90 TT with a blown motor. so I do have a question does anyone know where i can get material on doing a motor swap since the one that is in the car is blown. Also does anyone know how hard it is? I've done one on my 3000GT I had and that was kinda a pain but I'm new to Nissan so I'm still learning. If anyone could help on giving me any information I would greatly appreciate it.

kinda hard but if you did a 3000gt you can prolly do it on the Z, not sayin there the same just that the 3000gt is pretty freakin cramped aswell. but uh, yeah search through Rizz's link page you can find places that have the motors, or do a goodle search for places that import JDM motors, search b4 asking you will get that alot here. also ebay but yeah, aslo depends on what your loking to spend and crap.

I was going to get a longblock JDM from e-bay with the turbo's for 1299.00 but my only issue now is since i bought the car I found out it has a salvage title and I think I am just going to part it out. there is to much work that needs to be done with the wiring harness and the motor on a car that has that type of title. so if anyone is interested I will be selling parts off it within the next week.

parting it out is probably a good idea.

if you got that JDM, i would have strongly suggested rebuilding it to make sure it doesnt crap out on you 20k down the road

stranger- a short block is just the block, pistons, rods, crankshaft
a long block is the short block plus the heads
