Z32 blower motor relay

I've read the FSM and I think I've narrowed my non working blower motor to a bad relay but it doesn't give the location an after hours of searching I'm at a dead end...anyone know where the blower motor relay is located? Any direction is greatly appreciated

In the 94 fsm, EL, 123/143 shows the locations of Blower relays 1, 2 and 3
