Water leak from hose

Has anyone had a problem with water leaking from the car? I believe it's one of the hoses between the firewall and the engine. Right in the middle. It leaks when the car is warm and gets worst when it's really hot.

is your air conditioning on? if it is that's condensation (water) from the air. if it's humid outside that'll do it otherwise all the water/coolant connections to the radiator are at the front of the vehicle.
