Tranny help please

So I had my AT tranny go bad on my daily driver. (90 300zx NA) Yes, I know it went bad. Lots of metal sounds and metal in the pan. So I have it towed to a tranny place (Transco) for a full rebuild. They do the rebuild and a wekk later I go to pickup the car. I drive 5 miles and it's starts jerking around and the yellow light next to the OD off light starts flashing. So I pull over and call them and proceed to ask them if they even test drove it when they were done. Theu claim to have but I doubt it. Anyways, I drive right back to the shop and drop it back off. Get a call a couple days later that they were able to replicate the problem but don't know what's wrong. They go on to say that it's not a mech. issue and they can't fix it. It never did this before I brought it to them. I picked it up yesterday and luckily got it home and it did drive ok. Now, it's now it my driveway and won't shift out of first gear. I called my cc co. and started a dispute. Please don't advise me to take it back to them becasue I'm not going back to those retards, they obviously don't know what they are doing even thought they are tranny shop. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be going on here? Sensor? ECU? TCM? VB? I would just like to have some idea of what to tell the next shop to look @. Thanks!
