Using pliers to squeeze the center clip. Now gently pulling the pnl out.</p>

<a href="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/index.php?currDir=./project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal&pageType=image&image=dcp03785.j pg"><img alt src="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/albums/project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal/dcp03785_th.jpg" border="0" width="100" height="75"></a><a href="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/index.php?currDir=./project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal&pageType=image&image=dcp03786.j pg"><img alt src="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/albums/project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal/dcp03786_th.jpg" border="0" width="100" height="75"></a><a href="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/index.php?currDir=./project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal&pageType=image&image=dcp03787.j pg"><img alt src="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/albums/project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal/dcp03787_th.jpg" border="0" width="100" height="75"></a><a href="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/index.php?currDir=./project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal&pageType=image&image=dcp03788.j pg"><img alt src="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/albums/project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal/dcp03788_th.jpg" border="0" width="100" height="75"></a></p>
Now with the center out we could start on the outer light assemblies. We
disconnected the wiring and all the fastening hardware, we also needed a putty
knife to cut through the black gum stick gasket (or whatever its called) going
from the inside to outside then working the lamp out at the same time. </p>
<a href="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/index.php?currDir=./project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal&pageType=image&image=dcp03789.j pg"><img alt src="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/albums/project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal/dcp03789_th.jpg" border="0" width="100" height="75"></a><a href="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/index.php?currDir=./project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal&pageType=image&image=dcp03790.j pg"><img alt src="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/albums/project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal/dcp03790_th.jpg" border="0" width="100" height="75"></a><a href="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/index.php?currDir=./project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal&pageType=image&image=dcp03791.j pg"><img alt src="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/albums/project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal/dcp03791_th.jpg" border="0" width="100" height="75"></a><a href="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/index.php?currDir=./project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal&pageType=image&image=dcp03792.j pg"><img alt src="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/albums/project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal/dcp03792_th.jpg" border="0" width="100" height="75"></a></p>
Still working the lamp out. Note all the gummy black stuff.. Ewwww good thing
we didn't get it all over the car.. </p>
<a href="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/index.php?currDir=./project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal&pageType=image&image=dcp03793.j pg"><img alt src="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/albums/project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal/dcp03793_th.jpg" border="0" width="100" height="75"></a><a href="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/index.php?currDir=./project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal&pageType=image&image=dcp03794.j pg"><img alt src="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/albums/project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal/dcp03794_th.jpg" border="0" width="100" height="75"></a><a href="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/index.php?currDir=./project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal&pageType=image&image=dcp03795.j pg"><img alt src="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/albums/project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal/dcp03795_th.jpg" border="0" width="100" height="75"></a><a href="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/index.php?currDir=./project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal&pageType=image&image=dcp03796.j pg"><img alt src="https://www.zdriver.com/photos/albums/project300zx/Tail_Light_Removal/dcp03796_th.jpg" border="0" width="100" height="75"></a>
</p>
Then moved onto the other side. Note the 2nd and 3rd pic we added a sticker to
our putty knife IE (<font color="#000000"> Nismo JSpec "Tail Lamp
