strut tower bar

I just purchased a rear strut tower bar for my 1990 300zx and wanted to find out what I would have to do to install this. Is there any modifications that need to be made or does it just bolt up. Some instruction would be nice but I hear they do not come with any. Thanks!

You have to cut the panels so that the bar can go through. I haven't done it yet but I know someone has a template for a TT. Get a rubber gromet to trim the hole.
