has anybody on this forum attempted to put a vg30dett in a z31? I saw it on youtube, wiring seems it's going to be the biggest problem, fabbing and fitting and making isn't to bad, you know how it goes there's not a fuel pump wire from one to the other, there's a fuel pump and a fuel pump relay on the z31 and just a fuel pump control on the dett

You could always search. I know you will get plenty of results by searching for VG30DETT in the Z31 section... we had a huge discussion about it a week or two ago. It's not a common swap because it's not very realistic.

EDIT... unfortunately there isn't too much info on a swap (you might try Hybridz.org for more info) but since you are in the process, it would be very awesome to have you do a write up for this site.
