Which POP Charger?

JWT lists 2 on their web site - PE6X5-CHROM (http://www.jimwolftechnology.com/cus...asp?PartID=452)and PZ320-1X0X4 (http://www.jimwolftechnology.com/cus...asp?PartID=373). The description says they both apply to the VG30DE, VG30DETT motors. They then go to say "order PE6X5-CHROM only if you have damaged yours or would like to have a spare. Use element PE6X5-BC000 FOR ALL OTHER POP-CHARGERS. Which is which for the Z32TT? Courtesy also has the JWT pop charger listed but doesn't which (http://www.courtesyparts.com/Merchan...de=PZ320-11000). What about the K&N version? Do they even make one for the TT? Is the JWT version that much better seeing that it's very popular. I want to order this weekend. Thanks.

JWT is proved to be the best. actualy dyno numbers apparently. ask zlover, he's an expert on this matter. and you need the more expensive one with the adapter, the other i believe is just a filter replacement

i believe the one that lists as replacement or spare is just the filter. you want the whole package, with the venturi plate and adapter.

2nd everything that's been said. You'll need the venturi to bolt onto the MAS, otherwise you'd have no way to install it (the JWT pop charger kit runs anywhere from $90 to $110 depending on where you look).

And JWT outperformed its closest competitor (Apex-i) by 5-8rwhp on stock twin turbos, based on back-to-back dyno testing done by Specialty Z.

I remember numbers. I can recite my credit card number off the top of my head. And when it came to that one, I've cited that data often enough that I'd hope I've memorized it.

Darkmann, "my" website? What's my website? I didn't know I had one...

It may be common knowledge that the JWT Pop Charger outperforms all others, but most don't know by exactly how much.

i had my pop charger on my car for about 2k miles, but when i pulled it off there was an *** load of sand and dust all over the intake tubes, so i had to switch to a paper filter, just my little rant.

I have no disposable income to spend on server space or to buy a URL, nor do I have the necessary time to maintain such a site. When someone wants info, they search the internet (none of my information concerning the Z32 is unique to me), then ask, then I provide info when I'm available. Works better that way.

Well, thanks for helping. Now, does the JWT pop charge come already oiled or do I have to oil it b4 install? I didn't get the oil, but still have some K&N oil from my Z31. Can that be used?

It comes pre-oiled, but it's your own judgement call as to whether or not you want to re-oil it. Usually you won't have to (it'll be clearly oily enough), but if the filter sat a long time it may need a little bit of oil (in which case I'd clean it and then re-oil it completely).
