Re: POOR GAS MILEAGE
I have a 1990 2+2 5spd, no mods (Yet) and I was just in the process of clocking my mileage as well but seems I am getting much better economy than you.
I usually drive really fast and can't seem to keep my foot off the floor but the last couple of days I have bit my lip and drove the speed limit to run this test.
I am getting about 550KM+ per tank which converts to about 340 Miles. I just did the math on it and I think the tank is 50L or 13 Gallons and it all works out for me to be about 25-26 Miles/gallon.
If I drive normally (With a heavey foot) this number goes way down to about 16-17 Miles/Gallon.
I will repost new figures once I cut my Cats off and install my new K&N filter kit, hopefully this will make it even better.
Oh ya this is by the way these are pure highway miles, I haven't done anything with City stop and go stuff yet.

Re: POOR GAS MILEAGE
My 93NA 2+2 with no mods......yet, gets between 18 and 25 when driving around town, and this includes eating up the occasional honda civic. But in general I drive fairly mellow, the cops in my town will pull you over anychance they get.
So with the numbers you got im assuming you drive that car really hard, or you might have a problem.

Re: POOR GAS MILEAGE
Check your fuel filter, air filter, fuel pump, and O2 sensor. There are about a million different things it could be, but you can start there. 180 miles to the tank is far too low, even if you have a lead foot. I get better than that and I have a TT.
