Need some help... My Z's 1st accident

I've had my Z for 8 yrs w/out even putting a scratch on it, which is a good record for living in NY... I was coming around a turn in the rain, shifted into 2nd started loosing the back end. I was fighting to get her straight but an oncoming car was coming so I tried to avoid it went to the sidewalk and nailed a fire hydrant.. The driver side fender and wheel took all the impact... The rest of the body is untouched but the car won't start and the wheels are not alligned correctly... I took off the fender yesterday and there was a plastic black box destroyed that looked like hoses went into and a small blue box that had 2 wires connecting to it broken open. Does anyone know:
1) What parts these are and any other parts in the driver side fender area
2)Do I just need a wheel alignment or could this be something much worse
3) Are these parts the reason the car won't start
4) Any good mechanics/body shops in the NY/NJ/PA area

Thank You guys for your help... I feel like I lost a best friend

NA there will be some AIV junk, and TT will be AIV junk and a PRVR canister...

this is in addition to the starter relay you already found.
