Hey guys im new here soo whats up! I just bought a new 91 300zx Twin turbo. The guy said that the power steering needed to be tightened? But everytime i start my car there is a loud squeel when i rev it it gets louder then sometimes goes away.

Not to sure what it is. I have tried spraying DW-40 on the pulley's and what not. Any suggestions? Thanks guys in advance!

 

Belt needs to be replacement maybe??

 

Everything is brand new on the car though. All paperwork and reciets. Idk im pretty confused its getting worse every time i start the car if i rev it it gets loud then shuts off most of the time. If i have the air on it seems to do it more then.

 

Tighten accessory belt(s)... this isn't rocket science.

yea its 100% the alt. I jacked it up and sprayed the pulley and alt belt and it runs good now. No squeel anymore, but im thinking this is just a quick solution and will have to buy a new alt or belt soon lol
